Envisioned by three-time Tony Award-winning Broadway producer and author, Brisa Carleton with creative entrepreneur Betsy Baltzer, Literati Spirits’ elegant flavors delight the palate and offer the perfect sipping companion for your reading experience.
Literati Spirits is launching with the Pride & Prejudice collection, a celebration of romance which features evocative flavors such as Lizzie’s Lavender Lemonade Vodka and Darcy’s Earl Grey Twist Vodka. The collection, which also includes a bottle of Classic Literati Vodka, comes as a three piece set in a giftable silver filigree book-shaped box.
Future flavors will spotlight more beloved classics and celebrate the connections that are forged through captivating stories and exquisite drinks.

ABOUT THE TEAM
Entertainment entrepreneur Brisa Carleton has built multiple successful businesses around her passions. As a three-time Tony Award-winning Broadway producer, her credits include Hamilton, Moulin Rouge, and Beautiful. In 2019, she was appointed by HSH Prince Albert of Monaco to lead the Princess Grace Foundation, granting millions of dollars to theater, dance, and film artists. She also serves on the Board of the American Theater Wing and the Theater Education Foundation.
Brisa’s debut novel, Last Call at the Savoy, is slated to be released by Grand Central in 2025. When not working, writing, or enjoying a martini, she travels the world with her husband and her chihuahua, Mister Big.
Betsy Baltzer is the creative entrepreneur behind Betsy B Boutique, a luxury event planning firm specializing in creating unique experiences for discerning clients. Born in Little Rock, Arkansas, and raised in Colorado, Baltzer brings a unique blend of Southern hospitality and Western sophistication to everything she touches. Her faithful attention to detail, her love of a memorable toast, and her unwavering belief in the importance of commemorating life’s milestones are the force behind her every endeavor.
Mother to three adult children, Betsy lives in Colorado with her husband and their Hava Cavachon dog, Brodie.
